• Acceptance umbrella / blockers: GitHub Make a clean clone understandable and operable #16; blocked by U20, U27, U30, U32, and U34.
• Outcome: The public repository explains Shortbread, trust/no-build boundary, quickstart, CLI/API, Owner/Viewer/Producer flows, artifacts, setup, upgrades, migrations, health, logs/redaction, backup/restore, deletion, disaster recovery, architecture, contribution, testing, release, and the MWP experiment without private knowledge.
• Failure/recovery: Missing/stale commands, links, config keys, screenshots, compatibility guidance, recovery steps, secret handling, or provider assumptions fail mechanical checks.
• Evidence: Command/help/config/link/screenshot-manifest checks, docs build/readability, operations/security review, and exact credential/value inventory.
• Central surfaces / impact: Root README and all public docs are controller-coordinated; product behavior changes discovered here become separate regression-first repairs.
• Safe split: Product/CLI and setup/operations guides may be parallel drafts only after central terminology/config ownership is reserved; U36 validates them together.

Every integration records a factory candidate with evidence or No reusable harvest.
