• Outcome: A fresh independent agent follows only public docs from clone through bootstrap, local example, tests, production-shaped artifact boot, credential-free plan/apply/resume/doctor, and complete actor tour, recording and repairing every undocumented step.
• Failure/recovery: Host-global assumptions, sibling repos, cached tools, hidden config, stale links, platform-specific gaps, dirty generated output, or irreproducible evidence block completion.
• Evidence: Clean clone transcript reduced to concise commands/results/gaps, repaired docs/code/tests, second independent green rehearsal, and no private source dependency.
• Central surfaces / impact: May touch any documented setup seam through controller-assigned repairs; all repairs return through affected unit review rules.
• Safe split: Local development and production-shaped/provider rehearsal may be two independent runs, but both must start from the same released tree and public docs.

Every integration records a factory candidate with evidence or No reusable harvest.
