Fold nested list items and tasks, like headings

Feature request: fold the indented children of a list item or task, the same way headings fold today.

Use case
I keep a long to-do note where every task is a top-level checkbox with a few indented detail lines:

- [ ] **Task title** #tag
    - detail line
    - another detail line
- [ ] **Next task** #tag
    - detail line

With 50+ tasks the note gets long. I'd like to see only the task lines and open the details on demand.

Today
Only headings and code blocks fold. The workarounds don't fit well:

• a heading per task duplicates the title
• <details> shows as raw HTML in Edit mode
• foldable callouts (> [!note]-) aren't recognized

Suggested behaviour

• a disclosure arrow on hover for any list item (bullet, numbered, task) that has indented children
• works in Edit and Preview
• the existing fold shortcuts, Fold All and the Vim fold commands apply to list items as well
• folding a parent task doesn't change the Tasks view
• fold state per session is fine, same as headings

Added for 2.57.0 (43268472): any bullet, numbered item or task with indented lines under it gets a fold arrow beside its marker, in Edit and Preview.

• zc / zo, Ctrl+Alt+F / U (Cmd+Option+F / U on macOS) and the palette's fold commands work on list items too. On one of the detail lines, they fold the item it belongs to.
• Fold All (zM) now folds headings and list items nested, so zM then zo on a heading shows one line per task.
• Folding only hides lines: the Tasks view is unchanged, and folds last while the note is open, like headings.

Foldable callouts from #853 are in the same release.
