Navigating between notes and tabs looses scroll position

Problem

• given that you have 3 tabs open
• you scroll to lets say
  • tab 1 line 10
  • tab 2 line 40
  • tab 3 line 15

When you navigate in between the tabs/notes you loose the scroll position and get put at the top always no matter what

Fixed in e4e1694 on the release/v2.4.0 branch.

What changed:

• Note tabs now remember both editor scroll position and cursor/selection per note.
• Returning to a tab no longer resets the editor to line 1 after moving around in another note.
• Added a regression test for preserving editor selection in tab scroll memory.
• Added local v2.4.0 release notes covering the fix.

Verified:

• npm run typecheck --workspace @zennotes/app-core
• npm run test:run --workspace @zennotes/app-core
