Tags with Cyrillic characters not displayed properly

Description

Tags written in Cyrillic characters (Russian) are not recognized and displayed as tags in the application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a note
2. Add a tag in Russian/Cyrillic (e.g., #ошибка or #тест)
3. Save the note
4. Check tag display

Expected Behavior

Tags should be displayed as clickable elements regardless of the language used

Actual Behavior

Tags written in Cyrillic characters are not recognized as tags and are displayed as plain text

Fixed in 5c0d4f3 (ships in v2.4.0). Thanks for the clear report!

Cause: the hashtag pattern required an ASCII letter to start (#[a-zA-Z]…, with \w — also ASCII — for the rest), so Cyrillic/CJK/etc. tags like #тест, #ошибка, #标签 never matched and rendered as plain text.

Fix: the tag character classes are now Unicode-aware everywhere — the first character can be a letter in any script (\p{L}), the rest letters/digits/_/-//. Behavior is otherwise unchanged (a heading # x still isn't a tag; a hex colour like #1971c2 still isn't, since a tag must start with a letter). Updated in lockstep across the preview, the editor pills, the live sidebar tag list, tag-rename, the desktop scanner, the MCP tools, and the Go server, so desktop and the self-hosted/web client behave identically.

Now #тест and #ошибка show up as clickable tag pills in the editor and preview and appear in the sidebar Tags list. Added regression tests (editor render + server scan) covering Cyrillic and CJK.
