BUG: Reordering items in a list fails not change it's serial number

Fixed in 75901c4 by adding CodeMirror ordered-list renumbering for touched Markdown ordered lists. I validated the issue against the new coverage: moving a list item down now rewrites the visible source from 2. two / 1. one back to 1. two / 2. one, and the focused app-core tests pass for move, delete, paste, nested ordered lists, punctuation preservation, and undo behavior.\n\nValidation run:\n\nnpm run test:run --workspace @zennotes/app-core -- cm-ordered-list-renumber.test.ts cm-markdown-list-indent.test.ts
