Denote Non-image Attachment within the Editor and Preview

Fixed — non-image attachments are now denoted, in both the editor and the reading preview.

What was happening: a non-previewable file embedded with image syntax — ![](something.tldraw) (and the Obsidian ![[something.tldraw]] form) — was treated as an image everywhere. In the reading preview it rendered as a broken/empty image frame; in the editor the image markup was concealed and, with no alt text, the line went completely blank. So there was no sign an attachment was there at all.

The fix: these now render as a compact attachment chip — a paperclip, the filename, and an open arrow — identical in the editor's live preview and the reading pane. Clicking the chip opens the file in your system's default app (a .tldraw in its editor, a .zip in the archiver), after a quick confirm. Both embed forms (![](file) and ![[file]]) render the same chip. Images keep their inline previews, and PDF / audio / video embeds keep their rich in-app players — only genuinely non-previewable files (.tldraw, .zip, unknown types) become chips.

Verified end-to-end in the app on a note embedding a .tldraw and a .zip, in both Edit and Preview, and confirmed clicking opens the file. Regression tests added.
