[BUG] File tree counter overlaps the "Help" & "Settings" label in the sidebar

The file counter in the sidebar overlaps the "Help" label, making the UI unreadable. "Settings" goes out the border.

Fixed in 26240b7 on the v2.22.0 branch, shipping with the next release.

What was happening: the sidebar can be resized down to 160px, but the footer's three labeled buttons (Files with its counter, Help, Settings) need roughly 300px. The layout neither clipped nor shrank them, so the counter painted over "Help" and "Settings" pushed through the border. The top search row had the same flaw with its icon strip. Nothing Wayland- or Niri-specific, any sufficiently narrow sidebar showed it.

What changed: the footer now degrades as the sidebar narrows. First the file counter folds into the Files tooltip, then the labels drop and the three actions become icon-only buttons (tooltips and aria-labels keep the names, and the update badge on Settings stays). The search row's icon strip wraps onto its own line instead of overflowing. Verified by driving the built app at 336px, 280px, and 160px and asserting nothing overlaps or leaves the sidebar bounds.

Thanks for the report and the screenshots, they made the width math easy to pin down.
