[BUG] Table cells doesn't render +,-

Description

When adding a plus (+) or minus (-) character to a table cell, the symbol is not displayed properly while in Edit Mode.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a table.

Insert a + or - character into any cell.

View the table in Edit Mode.

Expected behavior:

Plus (+) and minus (-) characters should be clearly visible inside table cells in Edit Mode.

Thanks for the clear report, the split-view screenshot made this one quick to pin down.

What was happening: the live-preview table widget rendered each cell by running its text through the block markdown parser. A cell holding just - or + was therefore read as a bullet-list marker and rendered an empty list item, so the character disappeared. Preview looked right because it parses the real table, where GFM gives cells inline content only.

The same root cause ate more than + and -, so the fix covers all of it:

The fix: a cell is now parsed as what it actually is, a table cell, by round-tripping it through the real GFM parser. That keeps the editor widget on the exact same parser as the reading view, so the two can't drift again. Inline markup in cells (bold, code, links, [[wikilinks]], #tags, math) works exactly as before.

Fixed in 97cc154. Verified by driving the built app and reading the cells back out of the live DOM: your table now reports ["-","+","-","-","-","-"] where it previously reported six empty cells. Regression tests added alongside.

This ships in the next release. If you want it sooner you can build from the v2.26.0 branch.
