[Feature Request] Vim surround support / wrap Visual selection with delimiters

Allow Vim-mode users to surround text selections with delimiters such as (), [], {}, "", '', backticks, etc.

For example:

viw → select hello
S( → (hello)

Ideally support vim-surround-style operations such as ysiw), cs"', and ds).
