Camera Bubble was configured as an LSUIElement menu-bar-only utility, which hid it from the Dock.
This changes the app to a normal macOS application, adds a native application menu, and makes clicking its Dock icon reopen the camera bubble. The existing menu-bar controls remain available.
Validated with a packaged v1.1.1 build, strict code-sign verification, and a running-process visibility check.
