Fixes

Canary Mary randomization reenabled
Canary Mary Speed Cap is now turned off by default
Canary Mary now ends whenever you win
Canary Mary arriving in CCL cutscene has been turned off
CCL should no longer crash for the same issues
Seeds should produce consistent results again (they broke after world rando implementation)
Fixed a logic bug with CCL silo being treated as available when it wasn't

Logic Creator

You no longer need to load a rom to edit logic files
BK moves can now be charted in logic files
Logic Files are now sorted so they show changes better

UI

Many ui elements are now hidden behind a developer mode toggle
