New Features

Added Planned Items Menu
- Planned Settings moved to one file
- Hints can now be planned
Hint placements are now included in the spoiler
Added Filler Hints if you did not have enough items hinted

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue with End Goals Being overwritten
Fixed an issue with Mumbo's Hut in MT not having a hint region
Fixed an issue with Mayahem Temple Outside being labelled as indoors in Hints
Added a handler for not having enough hints
Fixed Jiggies not being able to be turned off in Randomization and for Hints

Logic Changes

Snowball glowbo being collected is now properly tracked

Known Issues

UFO Cutscene will occasionally crash when it tries to leave to HFP
Sometimes move items show up as a fish (I have no idea why it happens. I do kinda like it though)
