Added remote interactive shell command

v1.0.1 - Added remote interactive shell command.

Can be used by simply typing "shell" at the command prompt, and can be exited from with "exit".

Note that this should be used with absolute caution as any commands ran here will be ran on the remote server in the specified root directory.
