Fixes the post-sleep CPU spike and adds a screen demo.
Fixed
- After the PC resumed from sleep, the Now Playing (SMTC) PowerShell bridge and the Windows
NPSMSvcservice could sit at ~25% CPU indefinitely. Root cause: WinRT media-session calls hang after resume and the bridge waited with no timeout, so it kept getting killed and respawned. Now the WinRT wait is time-bounded, the LibreHardwareMonitor bridge got the same protection, and SMTC is only polled when Now Playing is on screen, Auto mode is active, or the settings page is open — so an idle screen after resume no longer pokes the wedged service.
