⚠️ Unlike every other moderation command, /mute//unmute//mutelist have no root permission gate at all — anyone can run them (the actual neoessentials.chat.mute node is only checked deep inside the command body, not at registration). This means they're visible to everyone in /help and not blocked from being attempted, though the body-level check should still reject unauthorized use — worth a closer look if you rely on this being restricted.

Prints a complete in-game diagnostic for the named player without requiring debug logging:

• System mode (Internal · External adapter · EMERGENCY)
• Adapter health, detected version, consecutive failures
• opsBypassPermissions and vanillaOpFallback on/off
• OP status (works for offline players via profile cache)
• Assigned group, direct user permission nodes
• Group inheritance chain (recursive, indented)
• Numbered resolution summary — shows which step would GRANT or continue for this player based on current config

Useful when players report "I have the group but still can't use the command" — diagnose everything from in-game chat.
