Added

• Conversation View: inbox deck now groups emails by Gmail thread (one row per conversation, newest message) with a per-thread unread count badge (red-bordered N-Dot pill). Swipe archive/delete operate on the whole thread via threads.modify. Opening a reader shows the full thread below the message body — tap a sibling to expand it. Opening the reader marks the thread read locally and server-side (one call, skipped if already read).

Changed

• EmailMessage.isRead synced from Gmail UNREAD label (DB v6→v7 migration + threadId index).
• Version bumped to 1.2 (versionCode 3) so the update is visible in device Settings.

Fixed

• ARCHITECTURE.md migration numbering corrected (v5→v6 = labels, v6→v7 = conversation view).
