Minecraft Version 1.21.9 Support

This version supports Minecraft Java Edition version 1.21.9 exclusively due to some breaking datapack/resource pack changes introduced in this version of Minecraft. Future releases will exclusively support the latest Minecraft version in order to ensure proper Realms support.

Changes and Tweaks

  • Cherry wood signs in the Settings Box have been replaced with crimson wood signs for greater readability.

Fixed Bugs

  • The Edit Settings sign had some weird black quotes on the third line when it was supposed to be empty.
  • Lighting was messed up by new changes to night vision rendering in 1.21.9.
    • The fix currently only works with core shaders, so Iris/Optifine shaders might look a little bad. Can be properly fixed in the future once experimental features support comes to Java Realms.
