First release of the rewritten extension.

Install:
```bash
cd vscode_zutils && ./install.sh
```

Or via the main repo's `install_zutils.py` interactive prompt.

What's in this release:

  • Hover, go-to-definition, and live validation for zetta_utils builder specs
  • Correct CUE parsing (comments, strings, interpolations handled via cuelang.org/go/cue/parser)
  • Lexical scope resolution for identifier references (`#BBOX`, bare `bbox`, etc.)
  • Auto-synchronizes when zetta_utils Python source changes

Asset: `zetta-cue.vsix` (~1.8 MB, linux-amd64 parser binary bundled).

Runtime requirements: `cue` binary on PATH, Python with `zetta_utils`, and (recommended) the official `cuelangorg.vscode-cue` extension for syntax highlighting.
