• Wired configured MCP servers into normal sessions: when mcp.json has at least one server, the session now registers the always-on mcp_tool_search + mcp_tool_call bridge tools (lazy connect, no startup blocking). /mcp list also reports whether the current agent actually received the MCP tools (#127).
