Fix some critical bugs and add some new features.
- Add a log file so it can resume from the breakpoint when doing particle membrane subtraction and micrograph membrane subtraction.
- Improve the GUI.
- Tried to fix the memory leakage problem. Now it should manage the GPU memory more properly.
- You can see the process name now when running the program.
- Set up a wiki for the software.
