Schedule-send for the DeepSeek Harness composer.

• Clock control in the composer tool row: quick picks (30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, tomorrow 09:00) or an exact local date and time.
• Delivers the text into the same conversation as a normal user message, resuming the session when needed, so the agent answers it and the thread continues.
• Durable queue with catch-up after a restart, Cancel from the conversation card, and idempotent retries (the send id is the prompt request id).
• Text only; the app must be running when the send comes due.
