Change the license to GPLv2

This library has been using GPLv2-licensed code for the entirety of its lifetime. According to GPLv2, in this case the whole package must be distributed as GPLv2. Unfortunately, Node.js does not support Cargo-like features, letting the end-user conditionally disable certain dependencies / code-paths.
