Highlights

• Reworked paths-between into a bounded, shortest-first search that resolves the call graph once, prunes unreachable branches, enforces depth exactly, and exposes a hard --max-expansions CPU/memory guard.
• Fixed phantom call edges between same-named methods/free functions and unmatched qualified external calls; call-site annotations now belong to the exact resolved edge.
• Made MCP subprocesses cancellation-safe and time-bounded. rustgraph_paths_between now exposes depth, result/expansion limits, test filtering, strict resolution, call-site output, and a configurable deadline.
• Preserved framework-handler and renamed-import edges, and added end-to-end regressions for dense graphs, aliases, homonyms, depth, ordering, and test traversal.
