ZoiteChat 2.18.0~pre3

This pre-release keeps pushing ZoiteChat toward the 2.18 stable release, with the biggest work centered on GTK3 theming, UI polish, and platform fixes.

What’s new

• Major GTK3 theming overhaul with improved theme importing, inheritance, rollback safety, and caching.
• Theme settings are now merged into Appearance, with a new Advanced section.
• Added a full color editor and improved mapping for widgets, chat text, userlist colors, and tabs.
• Added colors.conf import support and improved compatibility with older themes.
• Improved chat background image handling and now uses a native file picker.
• Bundled more built-in icons, including OK/Cancel, improved emoji fallback, and refreshed some button/icon styling.
• Embedded the app SVG icon and improved headerbar icon handling.
• Manual addons now persist properly by being copied into the user addon directory.
• Updated servlist.c to remove dead servers and added a checker script.

Fixes

• Fixed KDE Wayland alert flashing.
• Fixed tray hide/restore labels staying in sync with the real window state.
• Fixed several GTK3 styling issues, including imported CSS cleanup, warning noise, and tab/userlist color problems.
• Removed menubar icons and simplified Away menu behavior.
• Improved Flatpak behavior on KDE and fixed Python/Perl plugin support.
• F9 Segment Fault crash regression fixed

Note

This is still a pre-release, so a few theming edge cases are still being worked out.
Better, cleaner, and less annoying though. Which is basically the dream.
