BinExtractALF v0.01, version 4 code based on exs4alf v1.01 by asmodean
Extracts data from ALF files (by reading from .BIN and .AAI files) used in Eushully games, works with versions 4 and 5.
Can be used the same way as exs4alf, and supports an additional output folder parameter.
usage: BinExtractALF []
inputFile: the header/directory file path,
outputFolder: optional output directory where files will be extracted to.

Examples:
BinExtractALF SYS4INI.BIN
BinExtractALF APPEND01.AAI Output
BinExtractALF SYS5INI.BIN "..\Extractor Output"

The archived data (.ALF) files must be present in the same folder as the header/directory (.INI or .AAI) file.
