Running the tests

The tests serve made-up comics on a local port and run the real scripts against them, each in its own library and settings folder, touching nothing of yours and nothing online. Tests needing Chrome skip themselves without it. The container needs none of this. Developer notes are in CLAUDE.md.

Credits

This project began as a webcomic-downloading script by AChillVamp (https://archive.org/details/@achillvamp), and its core loop is theirs: find the comic's image by trying a list of element paths, save it, press next, repeat.
