Added a delete chip function and create a mac .app

The main changes in this version is a destroy chip feature that allows you to destroy any useless chip in your inventory to free space.

The project file for XCode and CodeBlock is also added. The old binary for mac only works if you have SFML installed. In this release, the mac version is bundled into a .app so it can be run everywhere (okay, not everywhere, but anything 10.8 and above).

Version 1.1

Change the resolution from 960x960 to 1080x720 instead.
Allow you to hold Left Shift to toggle between showing timer and icon.
Read prices and starting cash from a file instead.
