- Fixed a VS building quirk that caused online features to fail on v250527 and earlier versions' publish builds. Otherwise identical to v250527.

- Added relative row/column selection mode
- Row/column selection mode can be changed in the config file
- Selection mode info is stored in the database (for future use)
- Fixed the actual starting row/column not updating properly from one round to the next
