New Features

  • Redesigned radio controls — replaced text buttons and volume slider with frameless SVG icon buttons: cogwheel (settings), refresh (reconnect), play/stop, volume speaker with +/− controls. Icons use a dim theme-tinted color when idle and brighten on hover. The play/stop and volume icons appear highlighted when active (radio playing / volume > 0%).
  • Click-to-mute volume — clicking the volume speaker icon toggles mute; the previous volume is restored on unmute. The icon appears bright when muted to draw attention.
  • Scroll-to-adjust volume — mouse wheel over the volume speaker icon adjusts volume in 5% steps.
  • Reconnect button — dedicated refresh icon button to reconnect to the radio stream without stopping and restarting manually.
  • GitHub API rate limit tooltip — hovering over the "API status" text in Mods/Addons tabs now shows remaining API requests, total limit, and time until reset.

Bug Fixes

  • Status not updating after individual updates — fixed a bug where the "Status" column for mods/addons wouldn't refresh to "Up to date" after clicking the individual update button. The update check is now chained after the repo refresh.
  • Spinner not animating during reconnect — the connecting spinner animation now correctly animates when using the reconnect button.
  • Partial errors ignoring ignored repos — the "API status: partial errors" yellow warning no longer triggers for repos that are ignored or disabled.

Changes

  • Skip post-update API checks without token — when no GitHub auth token is configured, Wuddle no longer re-checks all repos for updates after individual update, Update All, or reinstall operations. This conserves the limited unauthenticated API rate limit (60 req/hr). Update checks still occur on the auto-check interval and manual "Check for updates" button.
  • Fixed-width play/stop area — the play, stop, and connecting spinner all occupy a fixed 48px-wide area, preventing the surrounding icon clusters from shifting during state changes.
  • Centered radio controls — the play/stop button is now horizontally centered within the radio card, with settings/reconnect on the left and volume controls on the right.
