Settings page

Four new settings and a reworked extra-minute system.

• Auto-update in background — periodic update check every 30 min when enabled
• Launch at login — start Hello work automatically with macOS (SMAppService)
• Schedule grid step — choose 1 / 5 / 10 / 15 minutes for slot precision
• Extra-minute buttons — pick which durations show up in the menu bar
  • Presets: 30 sec, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 10 min
  • Custom values up to 30 min (above that, the app loses its purpose)

Install

Download HelloWork-0.5.0.dmg, mount, drag to Applications. First launch: right-click → Open.
