What's new

Tap «Install» — Hello work updates itself and relaunches.

  • DMG downloads to /tmp via URLSession
  • Mounts silently with hdiutil attach -nobrowse
  • Detached bash helper waits for the running process to exit, replaces /Applications/HelloWork.app, re-signs ad-hoc, and launches the new app
  • DMG is unmounted and temp files are cleaned up
  • If the app isn't installed in /Applications (App Translocation, dev build) — falls back to opening DMG in browser

Install

If you're on 0.5.0 or earlier — this is the last manual install. Download HelloWork-0.6.0.dmg, mount, drag to Applications, right-click → Open. From 0.6.0 onward, future updates install with one click.
