Fix

New versions used to take up to 5 minutes to surface in the app because GitHub's CDN cached the dev log. This release sidesteps that.

  • Cache-busting query parameter on every fetch
  • Ephemeral URLSession with no cache
  • Updates also re-checked every time you open the settings window

Note for 0.6.0 users stuck on this issue

Your 0.6.0 still has the bug — it likely won't see this release either. Two ways out:

  1. Open the DMG below in your browser, drag to Applications, right-click → Open. From 0.7.1 onward the auto-installer takes over.
  2. Or wait 5–10 min for GitHub's CDN to expire and try Updates again.
