macOS 27 Support, Proper Intel Support

This update brings a refreshed UI and some additional refinements.

What's new

• New, more compact, more reliable sensor overlay to replace the old notification
• Support for log levels in the serial monitor (see README for more)
• UI enhancements for a cleaner macOS 27 look
• New, updated app icon for macOS 27
• New serial monitor implementation in native Swift that SHOULD support Intel Macs (Untested!)
• App is now notarized!

URL Scheme support on SerialPlotter

You can now do SerialPlotter actions using the URL scheme:

serialplotter://

• start
• stop
• toggle

No changes have been made to SerialBridge.

SerialBridge - SerialPlotter for iOS!

Note: visionOS not tested.

SerialPlotter comes to iPhone in the form of SerialBridge.
Now, you can view your logs on your iPhone/iPad near your Mac.
This allows SerialPlotter more flexibility in your setup.

To run SerialBridge, download the repo, open the SerialBridge Xcode project, apply your signing profile, and install to your iOS device of choice.
