Tweak - Staff AI: the Projects panel is now a workspace rather than a row of admin buttons. Every project is a card: its name and status, one clear Open Project button that starts a chat inside the project, and its Project knowledge - Runsheet, Session notes and Instructions open straight into the reader, and Other documents opens exactly what it counts - the project's files apart from those three. A slot you have not filled yet says so and takes you where you set it. Rename, Archive and Delete have moved into a single three-dot menu, with Delete separated below a divider so it cannot be hit on the way to Archive; an archived project offers Restore in its place, and keeps a quieter, unfilled Open Project that offers to restore the project first, since a chat can only run inside an active one. On a phone the card stacks - a full-width Open Project, a Manage project list that opens in place, and the knowledge rows at tap size. The explainer paragraph is gone: Ask how Projects work sits in the panel footer, in view however far the list is scrolled.
