• Fix - Customer Chat for keyboard and screen reader users: opening the chat moves focus into it, and closing it - the X, Escape, or a click outside - puts focus back on the button that opened it. While the chat is open, Tab stays inside it, screen readers announce it as a dialog named "Chat", and the page behind it does not scroll; it scrolls again, from the same place, when the chat closes. The conversation itself is a stop on the way round, named "Conversation", so it can be scrolled with the arrow keys. The greeting bubble's Open chat and Dismiss are now two separate buttons, and dismissing the bubble from the keyboard no longer opens the chat. Nothing changes in how the chat looks.
