  • Fix - Customer Chat for screen reader users: the conversation is no longer read out by itself when the chat opens, when an earlier conversation is brought back (on this device, or after logging in), or after New conversation - the greeting and past messages are there to read, not announced. Each new message is announced once: the visitor's own message when it is sent, the assistant's reply when it has finished arriving rather than word by word as it streams, and notices such as a connection error. Nothing changes in how the chat looks.
