New - Chat: replies start sooner, streamed straight from the platform. Customer Chat and Staff AI stream each reply directly from DEF on a short-lived token the site mints, falling back to the site's own relay when the direct path is refused. Requires DEF with the matching stream-token verifier (live since 2026-10-20).
