• Render successful A3S Web file edits as inline unified diffs with added and
  deleted counts, old and new line numbers, and full red/green row backgrounds.

Changed

• Updated the TUI research adapter to a3s-deep-research 0.1.2. Malformed
  bootstrap and planned envelopes now degrade independently through closed
  stage and packet-version state; raw bootstrap bytes remain audit-only, and
  the resulting publication receipt and journal projection stay consistent.
• Simplified A3S Web settings around one larger dialog and one Provider
  list/detail flow, removed the connector-specific editor, and removed the
  redundant framed container from channel details.
• Added a short fade only to newly streamed Markdown words and changed response
  following to an interruptible frame-based scroll that stops when the reader
  moves away and respects reduced-motion preferences.

Fixed

• Recover an exact run-scoped DeepResearch publication immediately when the
  publication port committed its artifacts and receipt before returning an
  error. CLI, TUI, smoke, convergence, and terminal settlement now share the
  same receipt-backed resolver, and source-backed quality metrics survive
  journal replay without inspecting result prose. Receipt quality uses an
  independent publication event stream, so TUI pre-settlement evidence cannot
  collide with terminal projection.
• Aligned A3S Web execution modes with the Code TUI: Default uses managed SRT
  for ordinary shell work, Plan remains read-only, and Auto denies unavailable
  sandbox or host-boundary execution instead of opening a permission prompt.
• Kept the Web task-progress surface hidden until a real plan or subagent
  lifecycle exists, repaired compact streamed Markdown tables, stopped
  inserting the old starter instruction into new Code tasks, and left-aligned
  Office and Knowledge quick-create menus.
• Kept the Code TUI transcript following model output smoothly without
  suppressing a reader's intentional scroll position.
