Fixed

• Cleared the legacy anonymous Code draft once when upgrading A3S Web so text
  previously copied from the Work assistant no longer reappears in the Code
  composer.
• Kept Code Auto mode direct when structured pre-analysis is unavailable
  instead of presenting locally fabricated task steps.
• Preserved the reader's paused transcript position while Markdown output is
  streaming, including brief layout shrinkage that places the viewport at the
  current bottom.
