Fixed

  • Increased the Tokio worker stack to 8 MiB on every platform so rejected
    cognitive-package UI candidates roll back safely with the published A3S Use
    0.3.2 graph. The previous Unix default could overflow while unwinding that
    reviewed lifecycle path; Windows already used the corrected bound.
