Changed

• Updated the A3S Code Core baseline to 5.3.4 so shared language runtimes keep
  one cancellation-safe startup generation, cannot publish stale readiness
  after workspace removal or shutdown, and prepare a saved source before the
  first workspace-symbol search.

Fixed

• Restored the Code TUI /relay picker for native A3S Code sessions and
  Claude Code or Codex task handoff, added WorkBuddy project transcripts as a
  fourth source, and preserved the selected native session's model, effort,
  execution mode, theme, and paused-goal state during an in-app resume.
• Guaranteed that a3s code returns after printing the session-saved hint even
  when filesystem discovery, session cleanup, or a language adapter does not
  settle. Runtime shutdown and cancellation acknowledgement now have explicit
  deadlines, and the interactive updater no longer starts an unowned blocking
  installation repair task.
• Restored packaged Web asset discovery beside release archives and under an
  installation prefix, including Homebrew symlinks into the Cellar. Release
  tests now require web/index.html, and the Web integration suite verifies
  code-intelligence route availability and workspace path confinement.
