Package Verification & Version Consistency Fixes

This release adds critical package verification and eliminates hardcoded version references throughout the codebase.

🔧 Package Verification

• Fixed: Missing wsh binaries causing "wsh: The term 'wsh' is not recognized" errors in PowerShell
• Added: Pre-build artifact verification in electron-builder to ensure all required binaries exist
• Added: Post-build package verification script (scripts/verify-package.sh)
• Enhanced error messages to clearly explain missing dependencies

🎯 Version Consistency

• Fixed: Menu bar showing incorrect version (0.12.10 instead of 0.12.11)
• Eliminated: All hardcoded version references in TypeScript, TSX, and Go files
• Added: Comprehensive version consistency tests (emain/version.test.ts)
• Added: Automated version verification script (scripts/verify-version.sh)

• Simplified CLAUDE.md and removed duplication
• Made README.md the single source of truth for version management
• Enhanced BUILD.md with version management warnings
