  UTC because the audit journal writes ISO-8601 UTC, and correlating a console line with a journal entry is
  something done while an incident is running rather than at leisure. One line because a stamped two-line record
  puts the time on one line and the message on the next, which defeats grep. The rtfq serve startup summary is
  unchanged: it is a banner, not a log stream.

Next up is M5: the Docker image, a quickstart timed on a clean machine, and the security posture
document written for whoever has to approve pointing this at production.
