New: Custom CSS Support

• New setting dita-viewer.customCss to load custom stylesheets that override the default preview appearance
• Automatic custom.css discovery — the extension walks up from the DITA file's directory toward the workspace root and loads the first custom.css found, zero config required
• Supports multiple CSS files; paths can be workspace-relative, document-relative, or absolute

Bug Fixes

• B7: <fig> images not displayed — renderChildren(c, ctx) was rendering child nodes instead of the element itself; fixed to use renderChildren({ ...node, children: rest }, ctx)
• B8: Bidirectional scroll sync bouncing — final solution: instant scrollIntoView (no animation), forward-only sync, skipVisibleUntil 250ms time window, skip redundant scrolls
• B9: Scrolling source past the end jumps back to the top — guard: if target > last rendered element +2, scroll to document bottom
• B10: Image load failures — path.resolve normalization + dual-load strategy (asWebviewUri → fallback to data URI), CSP allows data:
