🎉 KitBasher v0.32.0 - Enhanced File Metadata Display
This release adds comprehensive file metadata display to help you see exactly what will be processed before creating your kit!
✨ New Features
File Metadata Display
- Mono/Stereo Indicator: See [M] or [S] for each file
- Original Duration: Shows the full file duration
- Trimmed Duration: Shows duration after silence removal
- Enhanced Format: "1. [M] filename.wav 0:03.456 -> 0:02.123"
UI Improvements
- Optimized window size (500x680px) for better visibility
- Enhanced spacing between filename and time information
- Wider file list to accommodate all metadata

🔧 Technical Details

get_audio_metadata()function for channel and duration info - Added
calculate_trimmed_duration()function to preview silence removal - Metadata is calculated in real-time when files are added
- Uses the same silence detection logic as final processing (-50dBFS threshold)

📦 Installation
macOS Users:
- Download
KitBasher-v0.32.0-macOS.zip - Unzip and drag KitBasher.app to Applications
- Right-click and select "Open" on first launch (macOS Gatekeeper)
From Source:
