First public alpha of Foreman Agent Safety — a Windows tray app that helps you safely supervise AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, …): stuck/orphaned process detection, risky-command heuristics, MCP supply-chain watching, and cross-agent audit. Local-only, no telemetry.

⚠️ Alpha + unsigned. This installer is not code-signed (signing via SignPath Foundation is in progress — see CODE_SIGNING.md). Windows SmartScreen will warn: click More info → Run anyway if you choose to trust it, and verify the download first:

Get-FileHash .\Foreman-Agent-Safety-Setup-0.1.0-alpha1.exe -Algorithm SHA256

  • Per-user install, no admin required (the optional per-process Network column launches an elevated sidecar only if you opt in via Settings → Run Elevated).
  • Requires Windows 10/11 x64. Self-contained — no .NET install needed.
  • The optional MCP tool-description scan is off by default; it is the only feature that makes outbound connections.
