Release list
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.8
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.8
Large usage histories no longer require a full document scan for every status request. An incremental SQLite index preserves the existing status totals, supports cancellable asynchronous backfill, and resumes unfinished backfill on a later request. Status components for the same session share polling within a page, back off while collapsed, and pause while hidden or unmounted.
Fusion also supplies its frozen session routes to Compact Saviour through the optional compactionRoutes v1 service. With Compact Saviour 0.2.8, capacity planning and summary generation use the same physical model, effort and output limit. Model changes, cancellation and owner unload invalidate an old plan before it can commit a summary.
The changes were exercised on macOS with synthetic histories and the actual Desktop Host. The original reporter's approximately 4 GB OOM and complete abnormal compaction chain have not been reproduced. This release addresses the confirmed status-scan bottleneck and compaction routing mismatch; it does not claim that every symptom of issue #11 is resolved. Native Electron interaction and multi-hour production workloads remain unverified.
Validation
On macOS, the release sources passed 287 unit tests, 241 native Host tests and 10 cross-plugin Host tests; one Windows-specific test was skipped. Type checking, build, DSHX checks and archive validation passed. The locally built runtime matched the v9 installation previously exercised through the real Desktop Host. The npm build has compiler-output differences only: PURE comments, exact constant folding, split declarations, and three equivalent temporary-variable inlining transformations. Both runtime files match after these explicit normalizations, and source-map source contents match exactly. The 10 cross-plugin tests use synthetic adapters and attempted no network calls. No additional real-model calls or production Host installation were performed during registry artifact verification.
Published artifact verification
- npm: dsh-model-fusion@0.2.8
- Source commit:
1af018f9db834761dde188af638ed1886cb67abd - Successful tag publish workflow

- The attached verification report and provenance preserve these checks.
SHA256SUMS.txtcovers the tarball and both JSON records.
dsh-model-fusion v0.2.7
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.7
Supports DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2.
Sidekick workspace paths, baseline-ready test parsers and command program probes:
- The leased project root and every Sidekick path are matched by filesystem identity, not string spelling: macOS
/tmp/xfor/private/tmp/x, symlinked checkouts, and directories below the project root are accepted; paths outside the root stay refused. Relativeworkdirresolves inside the workspace, and absolutefile_pathvalues for write/edit normalize to workspace-relative before the lease checks them. baseline: "no-new-failures"now works with unittest, vitest, jest, tap, go (verbose) and cargo besides pytest. A baseline is still rejected whenever the output cannot name every failure its summary counts: a failure without a name, or two under one name, would let a candidate trade a frozen failure for a new one. Mocha stays unsupported (its default report cannot name failures); the error names the concrete fix (run with the TAP reporter, or drop baseline). pytest 9SUBFAILEDsubtests count and list correctly.- Command program probes no longer look up a quoted word in command position:
"$PY" -m unittest,FOO="a b" pytest. Quoted text is replaced by NUL, which no program name contains; assignments, wrappers, heredocs and PATH-overriding commands behave as before.

dsh-model-fusion@0.2.7
Validation was on macOS arm64 with DSH 0.2.0-rc.2: 265 unit tests and 239 Host tests pass, 1 Windows-only test skipped; a real-model acceptance ran a unittest baseline freeze, a /tmp-alias and relative-subdirectory workdir, and an absolute-path edit. No new Windows or Linux runtime acceptance is claimed.
dsh-model-fusion v0.2.6
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.6
Supports DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2.
Cheaper cache keepalive, measured on the ChatGPT subscription route (gpt-6-astra, about 20k tokens of context):
- Each ping now resends the Lead's previous request with "Reply OK" appended instead of "continue". The model answers with 5 output tokens, no reasoning and no tool call (16 of 16 trials). With "continue" it called tools every time; the median ping produced 463 output tokens.
- The cache was still there after 10 idle minutes and gone after 15, and every ping restarts that clock. The ChatGPT subscription route therefore defaults to one ping every 8 minutes (was 285 seconds).
- The interval is shortened only when 3 of the last 5 pings at that interval missed. Before, two scattered random evictions were enough to shorten it. Intervals learned under the old rule are ignored.
- The settings page shows the output tokens spent on pings.
Replayed over the real waits in the session logs, pings dropped from 126 to 57 and keepalive cost fell by about 78%.

For the Web profile:
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-model-fusion@0.2.5The npm artifact was downloaded from the public registry and checked against the audited package bytes. Local package installation and every installed file were verified with the official RC2 CLI on macOS arm64. This packaging release does not add new Desktop UI, Windows, or Linux runtime acceptance.
v0.2.4 — DSH RC2 installation fix
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.4
Supports DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2.
Fix the installation instructions that still selected the older DSH 0.1.7-compatible plugin tag. Install this release in the official Desktop plugin manager using:
github:aa2246740/dsh-model-fusion#v0.2.4
The prebuilt .tgz below can also be downloaded and installed as a local package. Choose the plugin archive, not GitHub's Source code archive.
This is an installation-documentation correction. Runtime bundles are unchanged from the previous RC2-compatible release; DSH peers remain >=0.2.0-rc.1 <0.2.1. No new Windows/Linux runtime validation is claimed.
v0.2.3 · DSH 0.2.0-rc.2
dsh-model-fusion 0.2.3
DeepSeek Harness compatibility
Built and tested against DeepSeek Harness 0.2.0-rc.2 (639ed015397290b3745d163aafe02ffee4aa3f84). Use the prebuilt release package or this repository’s compiled artifacts with the official plugin installer.
Updated the development SDK and compatibility checks for DSH RC2. Existing RC1-compatible public plugin interfaces remain supported by the declared peer range.
Validation was performed on macOS arm64. This release does not claim new Windows or Linux runtime acceptance.
Fusion v0.2.1 — Windows PowerShell support
Fusion v0.2.1 — Windows PowerShell support
Fusion now uses DSH's native pwsh tool on Windows. Requires DSH 0.1.7-rc.2 and PowerShell 7 on the PATH used to start DSH. Prebuilt server and client bundles are included.

Fixes
- Use PowerShell for Windows shell tools, permissions, acceptance checks and activity records.
- Recognize missing PowerShell commands and keep environment failures separate from failed implementation checks.
- Preserve write leases and execution state when DSH promotes a shell command to a background job; wait for child-session settlement during lifecycle operations.
- Normalize Windows workspace paths and reject traversal, absolute paths and drive-relative paths.
- Make development dependency linking work on Windows and pin the development package manager to pnpm 9.15.9.
Validation
- Windows Server 2022, Node 22.23.3, PowerShell 7.6.6: 253/253 unit tests and 236/236 Host tests passed; type checking passed.
- The repair candidate passed official plugin installation, a cold start, the Fusion settings page and HTTP 200 responses from the settings/cache APIs. The v0.2.1 server and client bundles are byte-for-byte identical to that candidate; only package version and installation/support documentation changed in the release package.
- Real PowerShell ACL test: the Lead's read-only
Set-Content probe.txt testcommand was denied and created no file. The Sidekick could run the same command within its granted workspace. - macOS regression: 253 unit tests and 235 Host tests passed; the Windows-only ACL test was skipped. The final public release tree also passed all 253 unit tests, type checking and plugin contract checks.
- No model credentials or real model requests were used for these checks. DSH source was not modified.
Limits: Windows 10/11 and Linux have not been verified for this release. DSH's Windows ACL enforcement is partial: the tested ordinary file write is blocked in read-only mode, but this does not establish full read or network isolation. Two upstream DSH ACL tests still have a SessionProjectionRegistry setup failure; Fusion's real ACL test uses the public testkit dependencies and passes.
