Changes

• First public release of the independent Reality Scanner & Checker implementation.
• Provides a Traditional Chinese and English interactive terminal UI with public IPv4 detection, TCP 443 scanning, TLS/REALITY-condition validation, and IP + SNI ranking.
• Supports finite scan ranges from /24 through /17, advanced infinite scanning, and conservative, balanced, and fast profiles.
• Every qualified candidate receives three direct verification rounds; TLS and HTTP latency points are scored proportionally to the fastest result in the same qualified set.
• The project is licensed under MPL-2.0, and the license text is included with this release.

• Scanning is fixed to TCP 443; larger ranges substantially increase runtime and network traffic.
