Changes

• Simplifies public IPv4 input: the detected address is now offered directly as the default scan-seed value, and can be replaced without navigating a separate selection menu.
• When a unique public address cannot be confirmed, the first detected candidate is used as the editable default while all candidates remain visible.
• Adds coverage for accepting the detected default and a manually supplied public IPv4 address.
• Reorganizes the README into separate English-first and Traditional Chinese sections, including a latest-release quick-start command for Linux amd64.

• 新增接受偵測預設值及手動輸入公網 IPv4 的測試覆蓋。
